Heyea mina!! (everyone) greetings and a big welcome back to all you blinkers out there…..to yet another journal update here in my personal blinkz website. Been a reeeeally and I mean reeeeeeeally long time since I have last updated the site….gomen gomen…heheheheh….been kinda caught up and busy with tons of unrelated activities and events (and I do mean TONS…..) in my ‘wonderful’ happy life……(yea…right if only life were that simple…) oh well let’s just cut the crap….and start this journal update off shall we??
First things first…..well currently its finally my college internship training….(oh nooo!!) and working under a small media agency in Bangsar, KL call V2 innovates…..in my own opinion I guess…..working here has both its advantages as well as disadvantages…. Advantage no 1…you get tons of handy experiences and advices from the man himself……(in other words my boss….) Disadvantage….Besides advice and comment…he would also criticized….and hit directly at your weaknesses and not to mention your missing elements…. (which is good in a way…) Advantage no 2….Working colleagues are nice and helpful……as they are interns from other colleges too….Disadvantage…..none of us got any monthly pay check at all……(-___-“”)
Advantage no 3…..a friendly yet organized working environment…..which is much like a real advertising agency… Disadvantage….all the computers has its weakness…..(mine just so happens to be the only without any speakers/sound…..) Advantage no 4…..you would get tons of projects from a list of different clients….Disadvantage…..certain list information requires you to find yourself….with whatever means possible……Advantage no 5….working hours start at 9p.m. sharp….Disadvantage…..ending hours are normally not set….at times….i had to stay back until 6.20 p.m. (man……) Advantage no 6…..Wireless internet connection….Disadvantage……disconnected at times and minimal access to certain websites on certain occasions…..
So yea…..a detailed comparison between the good and the bad…..but then again….overall without internship….i wouldn’t be able to realize my weaknesses and not to mention strengths….that i have personally…..now all that’s left is the college internship report, in which I have to learn and write at the end of the training……(Oh how I long for a full 100% break from it all….) Besides this….on another important matter…my final exam results are out again!!! (-lightning strike in the background……-) (o____o’’’) and believe it or not…for the very first time in the history of all my result-showing-moments…..my dad is not angry or disappointed with meh at all…..
Instead all he said was…..” Nevermind, you tried your very best……” and it somehow felt really weird…..my dad felt that I should be getting more….instead of just average grades….in which he holds the college responsible of certain situations….that has nothing to do with me at all……Solution?? He asked me to email all my lectures to evaluate as well as compare other student’s grades…..with mine….(sheeesh…..) and not to mention asking if it is possible to either resubmit the assignments or retake the exams instead…..of just paying for college fees….to retake the particular subject….anyway here’s the breakdown list of all 5 subjects for my finals…..Media Planning……(a miserable D), Creative Comm Production……(a C+…What a relief!!), Comm Project Management…..(an unsatisfied C….could have been better…), Comm Research Methods……(another C….but it’s okay…at least I pass…) and Academic Writing…..(an A-….for the first time in my life!!...wooohoo!!)….well well as you can see….it is a proven fact that….one of my strongest areas is definitely language…(not to boast or anything….)
(Sigh…) it’s still yet another long and winding journey for me…..but hey…think positive!!! Your life is not always in one big mess……you will have support no matter where you are in life…..from friends, family, relatives….as well as other people you meet in life….so yea lighten up….(it’s never the end of the world…..) I’ll have to continue to do my very best….and to succeed in life no matter what path in life that I choose to take in future……(you have the edge and the advantage…..use it!!)…..
Final words??.....well heheheheheheheh sorry once again…..fans of my artworks…..if I haven’t been updating deviant with newer artworks….and cg drawings….i just can’t seem to find the time to sit down and complete a cg drawing…..please bear with meh for a while…until my next deviation update…..(-__-‘’’’) oh and recently there has been a tremendous response of other blinkerz signing my guestbook…..i was shocked at the overwhelming comments and support you guys and girls have been giving to my personal blinkz site….(sniff…..) I’m touched…..well then that about sums it up……I cya all in my next journal update……..until then…..i’ll be waiting in the shadows…..
